2021: Implementation of Personnel Accounting and Payroll System

Within the long-term project on transfer of key business processes HaloPolymer on the uniform platform "1C: Enterprise" the introduction of a system of personnel record and payroll calculation on base "1C: Payroll and HR Management of 8 BUILDINGS" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform (version 3.1) "became the next stage.

Within the framework of the project on the implementation of the system of personnel accounting and payroll calculation on the basis of "1C: Salary and personnel management 8 CORP," the following tasks were solved:

  • Consulting of key customer users on methodological and practical issues of application and implementation of 1C: Payroll and HR Management of 3.1 CORP solution.
  • The customer's key users were advised on the harmonization of business processes and their application in the 1C: ZUP 3.1 CORP solution.
  • The enterprise template of the system based on "1C ZUP 3.1 KORP" based on technical tasks and\or private technical solutions has been developed, taking into account the requirements and restrictions for the development of the customer and recommendations for amending the standard solutions of 1C Company.

The template automates the following payroll and personnel administration accounting processes:

  • Regulated personnel accounting and analysis of personnel composition;
  • Personnel administration;
  • Human resources management;
  • Military accounting (attitude to military duty, military ticket data, general and special military accounting, reports on military accounting);
  • Payroll calculation, including calculation of non-appearances and deviations from the work schedule;
  • Calculation of the variable part of the salary (current bonus, bonuses from the funds of managers, etc.)
  • Personal income tax calculations;
  • Calculation of insurance premiums;
  • Accounting of settlements with personnel;
  • Recording of labor expenses in accounting and tax accounting;
  • Formation of analytical reports on personnel composition and wages;
  • Personalized accounting;
  • Creation of analytical reporting;
  • Formation of regulated reporting;
  • Data integration in 1C SCP;
  • Filling out the results of the PPE, providing PPE, harmful production factors, medical examinations, psychiatric examination, etc.;
  • Training of personnel;
  • Work schedules;
  • Vacation schedules;
  • Premium Figures and Amounts (KPI).

As a result of the work performed, the corporate template of the system "1C: ZUP 3.1 KORP" was put into industrial operation.

Unification of personnel accounting and payroll calculation in 3 (three) organizations of the company and consolidation of accounting data within one information environment. All stages of the implementation project took place remotely.
