Process
The company turned to web integrator RDN Group, as it faced the need to automate business processes in CRM to improve and optimize the sales funnel.
The developer has already used the Bitrix24 system, however, the portal did not cover all the needs of the company. RDN Group specialists conducted an audit of business processes, identified the client's needs and identified the following tasks:
- Set up integration.
- Set up transaction cards and milestones to easily track the sales process.
- Automate the work of employees in the framework of transactions.
- Set up access rights to CRM system entities for privacy and. safety data
- Provide employee training on how to use the CRM portal for efficient use of the system.
In order to implement the tasks, it was decided to switch from the'Standard' tariff of the Bitrix24 cloud solution to the'Professional' tariff.
As a result, the service made it possible to simplify and speed up communication with the client, as well as optimize business processes.
