In Barilla Rus standard system implementation of a MRO is complete

The Aytiem company in February, 2018 announced project completion of implementation of the information management system maintenance and repairs of the equipment of Barilla Rus factory. Works are performed on a technique of the standard project on the basis of the software package TRIM-PMS.

Project Tasks

Return from investments into fixed assets depends on process performance of technical operation. Therefore important tasks Barilla Rus are observance of maintenance schedules and repair (MRO) of the equipment, minimization of unscheduled repairs and idle times, the cost accounting on a MRO, timely providing with spare parts and materials, accounting and control of parameters of technical condition of the equipment, control of indicators of a MRO.

For the solution of the specified tasks in Barilla Rus will use the information management system of a MRO (MRO ISU) created on the basis of the software package TRIM-PMS of development of NPP Spectec.

The TRIM-PMS system is a set of the program and methodical means, interconnected and ready to use, integrated by the uniform concept of the organization, carrying out, assessment and the analysis of the MRO system. The product TRIM-PMS is focused on small economic projects, has the fixed list of functions, software setups, report forms, the measured indicators and tools of the analysis of a MRO. Such configuration allows to apply a standard technique of implementation, to execute projects in a short space of time and to use standard regulations of operation of ISU of a MRO.

Project Progress

Works on implementation of ISU of a MRO were performed by Aytiem company from October, 2017 to January, 2018 on a technique "standard project".

In the beginning the project the introductory seminar for future users of ISU of a MRO on the system of precautionary service implemented in TRIM-PMS was held. The specification on the database of a system is developed. According to this specification the database containing about 600 items of equipment, about 2000 technology places, about 900 periodic works is created.

The license to use TRIM-PMS for 9 users who became employees of mechanical service, electromechanical service, service PILES is delivered to the customer. Specialists Aytiem unrolled TRIM-PMS on computers of users and carried out necessary settings for access to the additional functions which are going beyond standard functionality of TRIM-PMS is a work with several warehouses of spare parts, management of duration of periodic works when planning, additional user groups. Training of system administrators from among the customer's workers is provided.

Objectives

Priority is training of other users by forces of system administrators in March, 2018 ISU of a MRO was put into operation. Works on integration of ISU of a MRO with the corporate information system acting in the company on the basis are in the short term planned by Microsoft Dynamics AX.
