NORBIT updated a system on the bpm'online platform in HeadHunter

On September 17, 2018 the NORBIT company announced project completion on updating of the CRM system based on the bpm'online platform in HeadHunter company. As it was reported, fall forward of system operation and convenience of its use became a project deliverable.

According to the company, updating of a system allowed the staff of IT department to develop independently business processes and also to select ready tools (expansions, connectors, templates of processes, etc.) on the online platform Marketplace of Terrasoft company.

The project was implemented in short terms – within three months. For this period specialists of NORBIT developed the plan of migration, spent a full stroke of testing and updating of a system.

In a project deliverable a transfer of data on the current version of the bpm'online 7.10 platform was made. The version of bpm'online set earlier ceased to meet the growing requirements of the company.

Mechanisms of work of employees with data were improved. In the updated system there was an automatic filling of fields, and the system interface was added with buttons for fast transition between sections.

We addressed to NORBIT as to the company with wide experience of implementation of systems based on the bpm'online platform. For us was important to carry out updating it is imperceptible for users of a system.
