HeadHunter includes the system of predicative analytics

On February 10, 2014 the Microsoft company announced implementation of the solution of analytics by spellabs it.company company on the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition platform for the benefit of HeadHunter company.

To hold regular customers, to increase their interest in acquisition of services, there was a need for the modern tool of the analysis and support of sales. Potential clients should come to light on the basis of comparison of a number of factors: the size of the company, quantity of open vacancies, duration of search of suitable employees, other various statistics which is saved up for all history of communication with the organization.

Project Results

The task is solved using the support system of sales developed by specialists of spellabs it.company on the basis of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition and tools of predicative analytics Analysis Services Data Mining and Integration Services which are built in it.
