On April 10, 2019 the KRUG company announced implementation of an automated system of supervisory control of two boiler houses of Teploservice LLC (Saratov).

At the first stage information subsystem of ASDU – the automated collecting of instant operational and contemporary records from the existing metering devices, sensors and means of local automatic equipment of boiler houses is implemented.

The automated system of supervisory control by boiler houses of Teploservice LLC is developed using standard technical solution of an APCS of boiler houses.

The system implementation purpose – monitoring of operation of the equipment and warning of emergency situations, providing personnel with retrospective information for the analysis, optimization and work planning of the equipment and its repair.

Industrial DevLink-C1000 controllers together with modules of input-output DevLink A10 perform collecting, processing and data transmission on GSM/GPRS channel on the top level of a system. The automated workplace of the manager functions based on the SCADA KRUG-2000.

Implementation of ASDU of boiler houses provided cost reduction of energy resources for the realization account of organizational and technical actions (technical electricity metering, automatic control of an operation mode of technology equipment, timely detection of a deviation of operation of the equipment from the set mode, diagnosing of emergency situations).
