2019: Control automation by purchasing activity based on 1C:ERP

On May 22, 2019 the Prof-IT Group company reported that the center of purchases and logistics of the helicopter industry of Helicopters of Russia holding (the central plant laboratory of VI) created for providing the plants with materials, units and components moves to the next level of control automation by purchasing activity. The pilot project is carried out at Kazan Helicopter Plant, the solution is implemented based on 1C: ERP Enterprise Management. Thanks to the implemented system of the central plant laboratory VI can obtain information on purchases in the online mode and control the status of their execution by the enterprises entering into Helicopters of Russia holding.

The implemented system will allow to obtain in the future data in scales of all holding. Users of a system can trace information on key stages of implementation of purchases: from preparation and carrying out tenders before signing of the contracts and supply activity on a warehouse.

For the choice of the partner in creation of a management system for purchases a competition was held. The tender passed with participation of several organizations. The PROF-IT GROUP company became the winner.

The system design was carried out taking into account the branched IT landscape which is available at the enterprise – it was important to customer to save current business processes and standard functionality 1C: ERP having organically entered the solution in existing IT infrastructure. The project is implemented in the shortest possible time – within five months.

A system helped to improve process of purchases, to make it transparent and managed at all levels. In particular, the solution allowed to reduce time of employees for study of materials requirements, component parts and units. The personnel of the central plant laboratory of VI had a uniform tool for operational tracking of information on the course of contracting and request processing. It excludes data loss about purchases and minimizes quantity of errors at their implementation.

For the organizations of such scale information on a current status of execution of the purchase plan should be updated on a permanent basis. If to the project process of collecting and data acquisition took 2-3 weeks employees, then on project deliverables our customer began to possess only up-to-date information obtained in the online mode.

At the first stage a system covered work of Center of Purchases and Logistics of the Helicopter Industry LLC, specialists of logistics and management of information technologies of Kazan Helicopter Plant. In the long term the developed solution will become a basis for distribution and at other enterprises of holding.

2015: End of the first stage of the project on creation of schedule system and monitoring of production orders

October 05, 2015. The RT-Inform company announced end of the first stage of the project on creation of schedule system and monitoring of production orders at the enterprises of Helicopters of Russia holding.

As a reference technology platform for project implementation the new flagman solution "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0" from 1C Company, being one of leaders in the field of creation of complex information management systems activity of the enterprises is selected. The selected solution allows not only to provide accomplishment of all functional requirements to a system, but also to implement system architecture at the level of the most modern and advanced information technologies. Works on creation of a system are conducted under the direction of RT-Inform with the assistance of specialists of holding and consulting support of developers from 1C Company.

In the project progress problems of process automation of formation and support of long-term and operating plans of production are solved with planning horizons to 3 years, the corresponding standard techniques and regulating documents are developed, the unified corporate model of planning is created.

Now the company completed implementation of the first stage of the project including inspection of planning processes and monitoring of production orders on platforms of a pilot zone, development of standard techniques of long-term and operational planning, formation of the main requirements of technical specifications, development of prototypes of standard solutions based on "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0" and started works on a system design.

The implemented project allowed not only to automate planning processes on the scale of holding, but also to develop techniques, organizational and managerial and technical solutions on formation and management of the corporate normative reference information which can be used further as for implementation of similar projects at other enterprises and holdings of Rostec, and for the organization of interaction between holdings during planning and accomplishment of large cross-industry programs and production orders. A system allowed to optimize organizational production processes on release of helicopters, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

"System implementation of planning and monitoring of production orders will allow to avoid planning errors, to reduce dependence of management on a human factor, to reach higher economic rates, by use of flexible production technologies, – the deputy CEO of Helicopters of Russia holding for production Andrey Shibitov said. - Increase in an inventory turnover ratio by 8-10%, decrease by 15-20% of a deviation of the actual course of production of plan targets, reduction by 40% of time of development and the approval of three-year delivery plans, production programs and diagrams of production will become effect of implementation of this project".
