Automation of accounting in Hematologic Corporation (Gemakor LLC) LLC using software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete
Hematologic Corporation (Gemakor LLC) limited liability company it is created in April, 2010 for development, production and implementation in clinic of the new unique medical device for diagnostics of a system of fibrillation. The project received the official name "Development of a New Method of Diagnostics of Violations of a System of Fibrillation" and room 687 in RUSNANO.
Earlier at the enterprise the information system based on "1C:Enterprise 8" which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there were difficulties by preparation of the regulated reporting, at products cost accounting, sales management, purchases, stocks, production, cash management, product data management. Budgeting was conducted in tables of Excel. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of a new information system which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made.
The choice was stopped on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks. The company "1C became the partner in implementation and maintenance: The first BIT" (Accounting and Trade), having successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises and having big staff of qualified specialists.
During the project installation and setup of programs was made, user training in workplaces is provided, consulting and methodological support is given to employees. In total 25 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:
- Accounting and tax accounting;
- Payroll calculation;
- Cash management;
- Budgeting;
- Product data management – structure of a product;
- Purchase management;
- Inventory management;
- Production management;
- Sales management;
- Products cost accounting.
The Following Tasks Were Performed:
- Data transfer from the previous automation systems
- Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
- Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
- Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
- Individual training at office of the customer
- Delivery of software products in office of the customer
- Software installation on the customer's computers
- Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
- Sale of the selected software products
