The Russian pharmaceutical holding Stada CIS and the international consulting company BearingPoint announced in the spring of 2012 project completion on business process integration of Hemofarm manufacturing enterprise (Obninsk) in the unified information system of holding based on SAP ERP. The project became continuation of the program for consolidation of all enterprises of the Stada CIS group in a uniform business model which has general management and is supported by the general information system. Consultants of BearingPoint, employees Stada CIS and IT department of Hemofarm concern took part in the project.

During the project production processes, supply and sale, inventory management and warehouses, quality managements of finance, accounting and controlling, management of the normative reference information, a maintenance and repair of the equipment were united in a uniform business model. Integration of processes of Stada CIS holding was followed by harmonization and unification of processes, including taking into account approaches and standards of head company Stada AG. The weighed approach to reorganization of business processes allowed to receive benefit from unification where it is possible, and to save advantages of specialization where it was necessary.

The problem of quality improvement of production planning and supply according to the advanced world practices was of particular importance for the customer, considering the plans for increase in production facing holding in 2012 problems of planning and the reason of their emergence Were revealed that allowed to improve these processes taking into account industry specifics, says BearingPoint. Now a system allows to plan authentically production and purchases, considering the forthcoming changes, including regulatory that allows to reduce possible losses and to increase production efficiency and sales.

Optimization of production processes demanded reorganization of work of several departments and their embedding in uniform process. To train the staff of the company for work with new business processes, the methodology of BearingPoint on change management which includes the strategy of informing, monitoring, training and collecting of a feedback was used.

In a project deliverable business process integration was complete, and since the beginning of 2012 Hemofarm works in uniform binzes-model and in the unified information system of Stada CIS holding.
