"Hetman" automates accounting of operating activities

On December 6, 2013 1C Company: The first BIT announced end by Soft-Market company of the project on automation of Getman restaurant on the 1C Platform Astor: Restaurant and installation of POS systems.

Project Tasks

Due to the opening of the institution "Hetman" the company management decided to automate the activity for the purpose of increase in the service level of clients and maintaining the exact analysis of sales. As the contractor The First BIT company is selected (division Soft-Market).

Project Progress

Analyzing requirements of the company, the choice of the software stopped Astor on the software solution 1C: Restaurant and POS systems.

Project Results

Implementation at Getman restaurant solves tasks:

• Conducting quantitative accounting of goods in bar and in kitchen;
• Accounting of production of finished goods;
• Data exchange of Back-office with Front-office;
• Analysis of sales;
• Operational service of visitors of restaurant;
• Control of work of personnel.

Four workplaces are automated: cashier administrator, waiter and 2 places of the director calculator. Specialists Soft-Market provided training of the accountant and managing director of restaurant in use of solution 1C Astor: Restaurant, administrator of the hall and waiters to work with the POS system.
