"Hi-tech of Bilding" automated accounting and tax accounting

On December 10, 2016 1C Company: Software announced April automation of accounting and tax accounting in Hay-Tek Bilding LLC company, based on the solution 1C: Accounting CORP.

Project Progress

The 1C: Accounting software product allows to keep account of income and expenses and also the actual profit on each separate division of the organization. Tax accounting of divisions is kept taking into account features, stipulated by the legislation by the Russian Federation. Accountant officers have a possibility of preparation of the obligatory (regulated) reporting in the organizations which are performing the any kinds of a business activity and having the separate divisions in the structure both selected and are not selected for separate balance.

1C specialists: April Software is connected 1C Reporting service - intended for sending the electronic reporting and other types of electronic document management between the company and regulatory authorities directly from programs 1C that considerably reduces time expenditure of the accountant by delivery of reports in supervisory authorities. Thanks to 1C Reporting service the accountant does not have need to independently carry reports in paper form and to spend time in queues.

Also 1C specialists: April Software in the software product 1C: Accounting 8 CORP at the request of the Customer were configured:

• external printed forms,
• individual reports.

Project Results

As a result of the received completions of software products, accountants could simplify specifics of the activity considerably.

HR records and payroll in Hay-Tek Bilding LLC company are automated using a product 1C: Payroll and HR Management. 1C specialists: April Software synchronization by data between 1C: Accounting 8 CORP and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 is configured, allowing accountant officers to work in the unified information system, getting access to the necessary information.
