RBC Group localizes Infor FMS SunSystems for Hilton hotels in the CIS countries, the Baltic and Europe

The RBC Group company announced on September 28, 2017 localization project implementation and also rendering services of support of Russian-speaking users of Infor FMS SunSystems 4 in Hilton hotel chain in the territory of the countries of the former CIS, Ukraine, the Baltic and Europe.

Within the decision of the management of Hilton hotel chain on system implementation of management of financial and business activities of Infor FMS SunSystems 4 in the hotels located in the territory of the former CIS, Ukraine, the Baltic States and the next abroad the TRG International company acts as the partner in implementation.

RBC Group which has long-term experience of implementation, localization and support of Infor FMS SunSystems in the majority of the countries in which system implementation is planned is engaged in localization of this solution and also user training and rendering technical support services.

Project Progress

RBC Group is responsible for automation of corporate accounting, integration into programs of local accounting and tax accounting according to settings of the general architecture of the implemented global solution. Besides, specialists of RBC Group make training in work with Infor FMS SunSystems and support of Russian-speaking users of a system.

Also the company executed implementation of the bank interface — RBC Solutions BIP — (developer – RBC Group) in Hilton Prague and Hilton Prague Old Town hotels (Czech Republic).

In particular, implementation and localization of Infor FMS SunSystems in Hilton Double Tree Minsk (Belarus) included installation of such modules SunSystems as the Ledger, Purchases, Management of a warehouse, Sales and also providing the localized reporting, integration of the Bank interface and interfaces into local accounting programs of internal accounting from the owner of hotel.

The corporate accounting system of Infor FMS SunSystems organically took the central place in an environment of the various software set at the customer for implementation of all accounting transactions of hotel business.

Staff of Hilton Double Tree Minsk was trained to work with Infor FMS SunSystems and also made testing of functionality and fixing of skills of work with a system.

According to the results of the project interaction of all accounting areas was automated and transfer of information in corporate accounting within the allotted two days when closing the period is executed.

The information system of accounting Infor FMS SunSystems in Hilton hotel chain reflects modern model of conducting business processes in hotel business, solves problems of management and control of large hotel networks.
