The solution was under construction based on the main functionality of a system with completion under requirements of bank. Within the project the module "current archive" providing storage of details of the documents connected with crediting processes was developed. Development processes of local regulations (LNPA) of bank are automated: approval, a statement, the publication for acquaintance of personnel. The module ServiceDesk is finished and implemented. Version: 4.0 Number of users: 100 people. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.

Change of the version

On December 14, 2015 the BTLab company announced the project of translation of the Docsvision platform on the upgraded version in JSC Hkbank.

Within several years the bank used the version of an ECM system which technical support the vendor stopped at the beginning of 2015. The current version of Docsvision 5 has powerful benefits in functionality, scalability, performance, ergonomics.

In 2015 for upgrade of corporate IT infrastructure in JSC Hkbank made the decision on replacement of the version of an electronic document management system of Docsvision.

As a result of the competitive procedure the contractor for project implementation selected BTLab company.

For cutting of costs for modification of the implemented version of the platform and ensuring adaptation of users of a system, at the first stage decided to adjust work of application solutions on the version of the Docsvision platform in the compatibility mode (a special possibility of Docsvision 5).

Project Results

Specialists of BTLab during two calendar months executed an implementation project of Docsvision 5. During this time work of application solutions in the mode of compatibility with the new version of the platform passed test in bank, the detected defects are corrected. Implementation of Docsvision 5 increased performance and convenience of using of an electronic document management system. The mode of compatibility allowed employees to work with usual user interfaces.

The project is executed remotely, without business trips of specialists of BTLab to Republic of Belarus that allowed to optimize the customer's costs.

For December 14, 2015 the technical support service of BTLab company provides support of the Docsvision system in JSC Hkbank, consultation of employees concerning operation of EDMS.
