Home Credit bank completed implementation of technology of control of delivery of services

On June 25, 2015 it became known of an implementation project of the equipment of F5 Networks company in IT infrastructure Home Credit of Bank.

Project Tasks

The customer set the tasks which object - the organizations of reliable functioning of priority services of bank for F5:

• provide balancing of a network load

• organize reliable access to services

• provide fault tolerance of the protected Internet connections for carrying out card transactions

In 2013 during design of reserve TsODa bank started the analysis of the solutions existing in the market providing fault tolerance of services, however at that time the project was not executed for a number of reasons. But already then specialists of bank noted the most full compliance of the BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager (LTM) platform from F5 Networks to requirements of bank.

At the beginning of 2014 at Home Credit of Bank there were critical business challenges for which solution special push technologies of applications were required. For the solution of these tasks the Bank purchased the equipment F5 Networks.

First of all it was necessary to provide fault tolerance of the protected Internet connections for conducting card transactions. The main product of bank – the credits. The management of bank set the task - to increase the level of readiness and reliability of online services to 99.7%. It is possible to achieve it using controllers of delivery of applications.

Project Progress

Process of implementation of the equipment was conducted by specialists of bank independently.
