Servionika implemented Set Retail 10 in retail chain stores of Home Market

On March 27, 2019 the company Servionika"AiTeco(Group), Russian provider a full range of services in the field of IT outsourcing, announced project completion on solution deployment Set Retail 10 for retail chain stores of shops discounters Home Market. According to forecasts, the implemented solution will allow to accelerate customer service for 20% and to reduce losses data by 10 times.

The project on transition to Set Retail became an important stage of upgrade IT infrastructure of retail chain stores Home Market. All 63 shops of network in the Central region of Russia are transferred to the updated system of everything in 3 months. In active project phase 3-5 connections of shops to Set Retail daily were carried out, on average. Transition to Set Retail 10 took place in November, 2018 and allowed to centralize and simplify business processes of the company.

Servionica cooperates with Home Market from first years of development of network. Tasks of the company include optimization and service of IT infrastructure of the central office of network, commissioning and IT support of retail stores, including franchasing. However, for the first time in work with Home Market specialists of Servionica had to participate in the project on development and deployment of a specialized hardware-software complex. Servionika also performed as the organizer of interaction with all project participants: a project team from the customer, specialists of Sberbank, system developers of Set Retail – CSI company.

the Project on deployment of Set Retail 10 set for us a number of difficult tasks in the field of system integration, many of which had to be solved for the first time. Experience of large outsourcing projects, the history of cooperation and accurately built interaction between all project participants helped us to carry out assigned tasks in short terms, - the Head of Department of development of service and outsourcing of Servionica company Dmitry Shumilin noted.

By industry estimates, the SET Retail system allows to accelerate service of buyers for 20%, significantly increasing their loyalty. Functionality and capacities of a system allow to reduce losses and a lost profit because of failures of cash software and data transfer processes by 10 times, thereby increasing stability and speed of accomplishment of basic transactions of shop: transfer of the prices of the cash register equipment, printing of price labels, closing and opening of changes, etc.
