The Hotel in the Petrovsky Park LLC company manages operation of a commercial real estate, volume of more than 27,000 square meters, for the benefit of the clients. The company set a goal to increase efficiency of business processes due to consolidation of data on all real estate which is in management since data collection and processing and finishing with obtaining the management reporting.
The decision to avtomatizovat process management of the company using a modern information system was for this purpose made. After market research of software products in the field of real estate administration a choice was made for benefit of the company "Elias" and its solutions "1C: Lease and real estate administration. The module for 1C:ERP". In the project progress of automation the following tasks were solved:
- Maintaining the register of a real estate is systematized.
- Accounting of agreements of operation of a real estate, including all conditions on the agreement necessary for implementation of the automated calculations is automated.
- The full stroke of calculations of volumes of consumption of utilities, as on individual metering devices, and common areas, including the next stages of process is implemented:
- loading and storage of primary indications of metering devices;
- production of calculations on the basis of primary indications of metering devices depending on counter type (the counter on a formula, a summary counter, the counter of direct calculation);
- group formation of documents of charge on utilities.
- Integration with the Domopult system is made.
- Integration with an accounting system of the enterprise is made.
Results of system implementation:
- Increase in effective management of processes of the company.
- Reduction of number of the manual transactions connected by maintaining the register of agreements of operation, control of terms of payments and debts.
- Reduction of time of drawing of accounts to variable services due to automation of calculations of volumes of consumption of utility resources.
- Decrease in the load of client support service due to receiving an information access by clients connected with calculations for real estate.
- Reduction of time of repayment of receivables due to implementation of payments of services by clients through mobile application and the website
