Since 2013 DSK-1 passes to payroll and personnel records in a single system with managerial and accounting based on Microsoft Dynamics AX. The project specialists of OMEGA PLUS company using the solution 'execute OMEGAplus: Personnel management'.
DSK-1 – the largest production and construction enterprise of Moscow. The history of the company began in 1961 with production of construction panels and building of the capital by panel built houses. Today as a part of holding of 13 enterprises, among them there are 4 ZhBK and concrete Goods, UPTK plants, 5 mounting managements. More than 9000 employees work at plant. Resolves issues of management of finance in the company ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX. For payroll calculation and personnel records it was used HR system BOSS-personnel officer.
To accelerate processing and data analysis for management of holding, the decision to organize payroll and personnel records in a single system with management accounting based on Microsoft Dynamics AX was made. It will allow:
- it is effective to plan and perform the HR policy, to obtain complete and reliable information in any analytical cuts for different categories of users (the management, service of personnel management, HR department and others) – due to automation of payroll calculation and personnel records based on Microsoft Dynamics AX;
- calculate key indicators of business – due to integration of managerial and personnel records.
The OMEGA PLUS company which executed implementation of the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics AX at plant became the partner in the project. Presence at specialists OMEGA PLUS of own solution for personnel management of manufacturing enterprise and experience of converting of data from the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system became additional benefit.
During the project basic functions of payroll calculation and personnel records will be automated:
- formation of the staff list;
- storage of information about the employee and history of their changes;
- conducting the personified accounting on employees, the provided deductions and privileges, uninterrupted length of service, etc. given about;
- the unified forms of the personnel reporting;
- calculation of payment amounts of work and other employee benefits and to part-time workers;
- calculation of payroll deductions in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- individual card of accounting of the amounts of accrued benefits;
- payroll according to dresses;
- the automated accounting of grants as leviable income;
- the declaration on insurance premiums;
- calculation for advance payments for insurance premiums;
- the register of data on income of individuals;
- the reference for providing in RPF;
- export of biographical particulars and individual data to PF;
- the Russian unified reporting forms.
To start the project, specialists OMEGA PLUS did the following work:
- executed the description of business processes of personnel records and payroll at plant (acceptance and dismissal of the employee, transfer of the employee of one company of holding in another, etc.);
- developed and configured in Microsoft Dynamics AX necessary reference books (Structure of the organization, the Reference book of positions, the Reference book of the addresses, the Reference book of languages, the Reference book of nationalities, the Reference book of military registration and enlistment offices, the Staff list, Vida of salary, Profiles of delivery, Fonda (base of calculation), Calendars, the Modes of works, Experiences, Rates, personal accounts);
- transferred from the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system to Microsoft Dynamics AX of a card of employees, data on charges, data on a worked time, employment contracts and supplementary agreements, data on absences, the history of appointments, history of holidays, data for calculation of sick leave notes.
Today already payroll in one of the companies entering into DSK-1 holding began.
The project is going to be implemented within 2 years, it will cover 13 companies.
