DSK-1 – the largest production and construction enterprise of Moscow. The history of the company began in 1961 with production of construction panels and building of the capital by panel built houses. Today as a part of holding of 13 enterprises, among them there are 4 ZhBK and concrete Goods, UPTK plants, 5 mounting managements. More than 9000 employees work at plant. Resolves issues of management of finance in ERP-sistema company based on Microsoft Dynamics AX. For payroll calculation and personnel records prior to the beginning of 2013 the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HR system was used.

  • automation of personnel records and maintaining organization structure.

Project Effect

The reporting documents allowing were developed:

  • obtain final information on distribution of charges and/or deduction on ShPZ in general on the enterprise, on any division or group of divisions, just on an arbitrary access of employees;
  • obtain data on distribution of means by ShPZ by category of personnel (on ITR, working, etc.) both in one month, and for any any time frame;
  • control calculation of contributions to off-budget funds (the PF of the Russian Federation, medical fear, a social insurance, etc.) from each of ciphers of production costs.

The technique of automatic formation of postings on the salary taking into account features of application of ShPZ is developed. Calculation of dresses – one of the most labor-intensive processes at salary accrual. The means allowing to calculate quickly a dress for beyond all bounds big list of employees down to the penny were developed. Now five types of dresses are implemented:

  • price-work dress with an award – distribution of the amounts of a dress and an award to a dress taking into account KTU of employees;
  • dress without award;
  • price-work award;
  • dress for works on the weekend;
  • dress for works in overtime.

The technique allowing to close one dress at once several types of the performed works was developed for reduction of time of data entry for calculation of dresses, each of which can be paid from the account (the cipher of production costs). Also the report allowing to check quickly calculation for each employee was developed.

On the basis of the drawing version of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system the mechanism of calculation of an award according to the results of work for the period was developed: month, quarter, year, several years. The algorithm of calculation of an award provides distribution of the amount of the award selected for all enterprise in general or for any employee group in proportion to earnings for the specified period. As base for calculation of an award both complete earnings of the employee for the period of calculation, and the amounts on the selected list of types of charges can be used. Reports are developed for bonus allotment check.

The mechanism of automatic posting transfer, created based on payroll by the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system, in a software package of the financial accounting 'ABACUS Professional' was developed. This technique allows to lower significantly labor costs on a design in accounting of results of payroll calculation. Postings can be transferred as completely in the automatic mode, and with confirmation of correctness of each transferred wiring. At the same time it is possible to correct directly in the course of transfer the revealed errors. In both programs the reporting documentation allowing to check easily correctness of the transferred and accepted postings is developed.

By specialists of JSC House-building Plant No. 1 it was mentioned that during commercial operation the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system proved from the most positive side, and product quality and the carried-out works completely satisfied plant. Besides, a system is easy-to-work and open for development and integration with other systems.
