Housing investment company (1C: Enterprise 8.0)

In the "Housing investment company of the city of Kazan" performing investment construction activity, the Intelkom company (file) executed budgeting system implementation on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 platform. The automated system of budgeting allows to solve the following problems: reflect in the financial plan pokazatelm which observance allows to reach the profitability indicators approved as founders; plan activities of the company for achievement of the indicators put in its budget model; exercise the control necessary for budget construction. The possibility of monthly budget performance monitoring, the analysis of a ratio of income and expenses of the company is implemented. There was an opportunity to estimate profitability of commercial projects, to plan cash flow.

In the ERP system the following types of budgets are configured: budget of investment and construction costs, sales budget, budget of business expenses, budget of taxes, budget of fixed expenses, budget of the credits and loans. The budget of cash flow and the income and expenditure budget form automatically on the basis of the budget directions.

System implementation of budgeting is implemented within the project on automation "Development and deployment of the information management system (IMS) of ZhIK of Kazan" including in addition to budgeting, an information system of control of execution of projects and an electronic document management system. Integration of a budgeting system with a control system of execution of projects is provided.
