2020: System implementation Manager
On April 21, 2020 reported to VIST Group what within the program for upgrade of the machine park of NOAO "Hydromash" connected 67 machines to the digital Manager system. Among the connected equipment there are special machines which are used only on Nizhny Novgorod Hydromash.
"Manager" - domestic development for digitalization of engineering enterprises from Tsifra company. More than 9.000 machines at 270 enterprises in Russia are connected to it for April, 2020.
Implementation of Manager on NOAO "Hydromash" allowed to collect data on loading of the equipment and to establish the reasons of idle times. Already at the first stage of system implementation at the stable number of orders loading of the equipment was increased from 40% to 60 — 70%. The analysis of loading allowed to charge up the equipment, and somewhere on the contrary, to refuse the released third shift.
Redistribution of work and optimization of loading of machines gave the chance to achieve essential indicators in the shortest possible time therefore necessary order amount began to be made quicker and at the high level of quality.
Thanks to system implementation Manager, we can estimate in real time production reserves of the equipment, invest in what is really necessary. Besides, we can plan utilization of capacity more precisely, executing more orders without damage to quality or terms of production, commented the speaker of NOAO "Hydromash"

The "manager" created for monitoring of the equipment and personnel allows to define responsible for failure to follow the production plan, non-compliance with discipline and to reveal equipment downtimes.
