Project Description

Hyundai Motor of the CIS and BSC company signed the agreement on license and technical maintenance of a personnel management system the BOSS-personnel officer. The agreement assumes expanded technical support of a HRM system of customer company and consultation by specialists of BSC of users of head office "Hyundai Motor of the CIS" online.

The agreement on technical support the BOSS-personnel officer signed by "Hyundai Motor of the CIS" with BSC company in August, 2009 is designed to resolve the collected issues of use of a system and also to provide support legislative and business requirements in the long term.

Project Progress

As the first step specialists of BSC carried out the technical analysis of the current installation of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system in the following key directions:

• Compliance of a system environment and infrastructure to technical requirements BOSS-personnel officer;
• Configuration of settings;
• Existence of additional functionality (customization) and non-standard objects;
• Problems and questions of business users on use of a personnel management system.

Based on the technical analysis the detailed plan of the solution of the revealed tasks and further development of a HRM system was developed and approved.

Result

At the moment "Hyundai Motor of the CIS" and BSC methodically implement a complex of the actions directed to the most effective use of functionality of a personnel management system the BOSS-personnel officer.
