The Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus - a single multiservice network as a basis of the IP telephony systems, video conferencings and the systems of providing Information Security

AMT Group completed the complex project on creation of corporate telecommunication infrastructure for "Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus" (HMMR). Works were performed in the complex of office process buildings located in St. Petersburg and also in the HMMR child organizations. The single multiservice network became a basis for functioning of the corporate systems of the IP telephony, wireless access, video surveillance, a video conferencing and the system of information security support which are also designed and implemented by specialists of AMT Group. Within the project delivery, installation, connection and setup of the equipment are executed. In addition, AMT Group will perform technical support of the created infrastructure. Project cost exceeded 1.5 mln. dollars.

On September 21, 2010 Hyundai Motor Company, the largest car maker of South Korea, officially opened the plant in St. Petersburg. The plant became the sixth foreign enterprise for release of cars of Hyundai Motor company. By 2012 at the plant about 2400 jobs will be created. In 2011 the Hyundai Motor company expects to make 105,000 cars.

For ensuring high performance of work of employees and quality of the made products, observance of the set terms and the planned production volumes it was necessary to provide industrial enterprise under construction and also the child organizations and office objects located in one territory, modern and well-tried remedies of communication and data transmission.

AMT Group carried out works on creation of cable infrastructure, installation of network equipment, creation of local computer networks. The encoded VPN channel to head office in Korea is organized. As the supplier of the communication equipment the Cisco company, cable materials – AMP company acted.

The information security system which includes a management subsystem, intrusion prevention devices, firewalls, means of filtering of WEB and also a monitoring system and the retrospective analysis is developed for ensuring multilevel protection of corporate resources. The system of protection of corporate data, in particular, limits copying of any information on USB carriers from personal workstations of users.

The IP telephony system is unrolled based on the solution Cisco Unified Communications. The connectivity of analog subscriber sets, devices of facsimile and modems via special analog adapters (FXS gateway) is provided.

The system of wireless access WiFi is constructed according to the principle of Unified Wireless Networking. The network is created in production zones of the enterprise for work of the portable devices (PDA) used in the course of accounting.

During creation of a system of a video conferencing the solution of HDX 8004 XLP Polycom company is used. The model has the built-in functions of the server of a multipoint video conferencing and joint work with documents, supports Ultimate HDvideo technology. Transmission rate - up to 4 Mbps.

The integrated video surveillance system is organized in factory premises for control of production processes of the enterprise. In the project the equipment of Axis company is used.
