Hyundai will train the Russian dealers remotely

Hyundai Motor of the CIS company together with BrightConsult Incadea Group announced in June, 2011 the beginning of system implementation of distance learning for the dealer centers Hyundai operating in the territory of Russia. Since launch of the Brihgt eLearning system employees more than 100 official dealers through the whole country will be able to pass the training, test and certification conforming to requirements of the distributor, online.

"Hyundai always paid much attention to development of specialists of the sales points. However the growing dealer network did not allow to provide equally high-quality training, monitoring and control of work of personnel in all centers, many of which are in the remote regions, – Inna Petukhova, the Head of the center of quality of "Hyundai Motor of the CIS" says. – The electronic training system allows to systematize all processes connected with preparation and assessment of knowledge of specialists regardless of geographic location. Besides, such approach as well as possible answers the principle of focus innovations which is the cornerstone of all our activity".

As an optimal solution for the organization of distance learning the Brihgt eLearning system from developer company of BrightConsult Incadea Group was selected. The system constructed on the Microsoft SharePoint platform most fully meets requirements of "Hyundai Motor of the CIS" and will allow to implement such opportunities as:

  • Creation of the single database about personnel of the official dealer centers, including a post, skill level, completed training courses and certificates issued earlier;
  • Remote testing of specialists of the centers and automatic providing the certificate in case of successful passing of the test;
  • Online registration for internal trainings and also the automated control of an employee record for training depending on their specialization and qualification;
  • The standardized reporting system and analytics of processes of training of staff of dealer network;
  • Simple and online access to all training materials in electronic form.

A system will allow to cover equally all dealer centers located in the territory of Russia and to provide transparency of their organization structure for "Hyundai Motor of the CIS". Also at the expense of the entered innovations time and finance costs will be reduced by the organization of exit testing of specialists and a trip of employees to training centers of other cities. At the same time transition to a new system will not demand from dealers of installation of any additional hardware or special training of employees.

The general project duration of implementation will be about four months. System deployment and its support will be performed by the consultants of BrightConsult Incadea Group company having rich experience of implementation of similar projects.
