On April 2, 2018 the FTO company announced project completion of migration of the 1C: Payroll and HR Management system on "1C: Payroll and HR Management 3.1" for I-Teco group.
The project was executed in 4 months, the project team of FTO consisted of 8 people.
Within the project the following works are performed:
- Business processes of the customer are transferred from the 1C: Payroll and HR Management 2.5 system to the 1C: Payroll and HR Management 3.1. system. The business processes of all companies of group covered by the solution ZUP became more transparent and managed.
- Based on "1C: Payroll and HR Management 3.1" automation of all personnel processes and settlement processes of the salary is carried out.
- Synchronization of "1C: Payroll and HR Management" with a corporate portal of the client is automated (hiring of employees, display of up-to-date data about employees, the vacation schedule, business trips and so forth)
- All legal entities are transferred to a uniform configuration.
- Administration of bases is optimized.
- Processes of updating of releases and backup are accelerated.
