The Cinimex company performed at the beginning of 2017 works on connection of partners of JSC Raiffeisenbank to an automated system of RKO for captive banks. "Mercedes-Benz Bank Rus" and also "Volkswagen Bank of RUS" and BMV Bank became the third captive bank connected to an automated system of settlement and cash services of individuals of Raiffeisenbank.

The captive banks providing services of car loans have no license for implementation of transactions of settlement and cash services of individuals and therefore transfer opening of the current accounts and settlement and cash services of the clients to outsourcing to universal banks. Under the terms of the agreement signed by Raiffeisenbank on providing outsourcing services RKO to clients of captive partner banks, the working group of the project needed to provide observance of certain strict requirements to system performance and high processing speed of different types of the arriving requests. Ensuring accomplishment of this or that process, according to requirements of SLA, should make no more than 30 minutes during which to captive bank the automated answer about results of accomplishment of a request should be prepared (it is approved / failure).

Within the project specialists of "Cinimex" performed development and deployment of an automated system of RKO for captive banks on the IBM BPM platform and provided connection of partner banks according to the set requirements to system performance and processing speed of requests.

According to Maxim Matrenichev, the associate director on work with key clients and partners of Cinimex company, the complex of the carried-out works included automation of the following processes: opening of the new account for the client; authorization of the current account under captive bank; transfer of funds for the account; write-off of funds from the account for benefit of a motor show, insurance company; write-off of funds from the account for benefit of captive bank (loan repayment); request of an account balance of clients; implementation of a user interface for the staff of Raiffeisenbank for tracking of accomplishment of processes, preparation of reports, etc.
"The solution developed in cooperation with Cinimex company and implemented in our bank provides high efficiency of processing of the requests arriving from clients and promotes more high efficiency of process management of decision making on consideration of credit requests", - Damien Leclair, the head of department of development of the relations with secure clients and not credit products of JSC Raiffeisenbank comments. - "Earlier similar solution in bank was not, and according to the results of previously carried out analysis of software offered by the market we stopped the choice on a software platform of IBM BPM which is optimum meeting our requirements in terms of reliability, performance and scalability.

Connection of captive banks gives to JSC Raiffeisenbank additional opportunities for expansion of the customer base of individuals with the high level of income and positive credit history due to acceptance on customer service of captive partner banks. Besides, it allows to provide additional services of RKO that finally promotes increase in profit of bank. The automated system requires the minimum number of personnel and labor costs, now no more than three employees are involved in operational support of a system from JSC Raiffeisenbank. The solution successfully passed test stages and is in commercial operation. Specialists of "Cinimex" perform technical support and further development of a system.

In Raiffeisenbank with the assistance of Cinimex company a system which allows to process data array about transactions on the basis of Big Data technologies was developed and implemented. Specialists also developed and implemented for bank service of a design of credit cards on the website which within the project was integrated with the automated credit pipeline – Capstone Credit Card – for operational verification of the in-fed information and calculation of conditions of the possible credit.
