"Rosseti the Center" and "Rosseti the Center and Volga region" expand use of artificial intelligence

On May 27, 2020 it became known that "Rosseti the Center" and "Rosseti the Center and Volga region" started project implementation "Robotic processing of telephone addresses" ("Robot operator"). The project provides implementation in Contact center of the power companies of technology of communication with consumers by means of the automated voice agent who will inform them on the questions connected with activity of Societies and to receive a feedback.

A developer of this technology is Aktivbusinesskonsalt (ABK LLC). At the end of 2019 power engineering specialists together with this company successfully implemented the pilot version of the Robot operator project in the Udmurt Republic. Now all 20 Rosseti Center and Rosseti Center and Volga Region branches will be connected to the system of the automated informing.

The robot operator will notify subscribers on planned shutdown of power supply networks, to report date and time of shutdown, to fix a contact information received a call. Also the possibility of feedback from consumers on satisfaction with quality of the rendered services will be implemented. At the first stage the technology will be used for informing individuals, further will connect all consumers to it. Start of this project will allow to improve quality of work to reduce waiting time on the line, will increase efficiency of obtaining information by a request and Rosseti the Center" and "Rosseti the Center and Volga region" will increase the culture of communication with consumers"

The Robot operator project is another example of digital transformation "Rosseti the Center" and "Rosseti the Center and Volga region" which showed high efficiency already at a stage of pilot implementation in the Udmurt Republic. Transfer of process of communication with consumers in the automatic mode allowed to increase significantly their satisfaction with interaction with the companies. Scaling of the project on all territory of our operational responsibility will allow to broadcast effect on 20 regions of the country,

Our technology is designed to help to make communication by the most effective and less costly. Having implemented the robot operator in the contact center, the company can increase service rate of clients considerably. It is possible to automate any scenario of a conversation if there is a relevant experience of creation of multilevel scripts. The synergy of the customer and developer is not less important. And it turned out with our partners "Rosseti the Center" and "Rosseti the Center and Volga region". The pilot project of 2019 perfectly proved and showed really good results.
