IEK automates approval of legally significant documents based on First Form

In IEK group the project on system implementation "The first form" is implemented. The project started in November, 2012, and in March, 2013 the customer started use of a system.

In November, 2012, in search of the solution ITSM, the choice fell on First Form. It coped with tasks which were set for a system at that time (a single window according to all requests for IT service and AHO) successfully. Thanks to the convenient and simple tools allowing to support and develop by own efforts a system, First Form quickly purchased popularity in IT department, Mikhail Gorbachev, the chief financial officer of IEK Group told.

On the basis of positive operating experience of The First Form software product the decision on its further implementation for automation of different business processes in IEK group was made.

"The first Form" is already used for control of performing discipline of employees and heads of IEK group. Minutes of the main meetings and also motivational tasks are transferred to a system.

Besides, process of setup of First Form as the system of approval of legally significant documents comes to the end. Fully it is going to complete this process until the end of the third quarter 2017.

"The first Form" became one of the main systems automating functions of document flow and control in the company, in it the majority of operational tasks are solved. From the moment of start of the project the number of the employees who are actively working with a system exceeded 100 people. It is going to continue to develop use of First Form in IEK group in the new directions, Mikhail Gorbachev added.
