The telecom operator "Business" provided to Дом.ru with telecommunication services offices "iMoneyBank" in 20 cities of Russia. The technical solution of the operator which integrated the IP telephony, high-speed Internet access and Wi-Fi Hot Spot allowed to centralize process of customer service of bank and to cut down communication expenses for 40%.
Activity of "iMoneyBank" is focused on car loans, and the significant role in its work is assigned to contact center. Daily employees of the bank make tens of calls, advising clients on the most different questions. Therefore one of the main tasks facing specialists "Дом.ru Business" consisted in providing a qualitative IP telephony for work of contact center of bank – the main sales channel and communication with clients. The solution "Дом.ru Business" allowed to collect all regional numbers in one call center and by that to optimize process of customer service by phone and also to guarantee lack of interruptions and optimal cost of local calls.
Equipment of offices of bank Wi-Fi-Internet access became a significant part of the Дом.ru Business project for "iMoneyBank". The zones Wi-fi Hot Spot which are already unrolled in departments of "iMoneyBank" allow clients to spend in waiting time of the queue time with advantage: use services of bank on the Internet or read news. For maintenance of high speed of the Internet provided based on Wi-Fi separate communication channels are used.
For ensuring uninterrupted data exchange between the distributed offices "iMoneyBank" "Дом.ru Business" organized Internet channels with control capacitance to 10 MB \sec. The scalability of the solution under specific needs allows to use freely a video conferencing and to hold corporate webinars.
