INBS implements EDMS

On January 20, 2014 the BTLab company announced project implementation of system implementation of electronic document management and business process management of Docsvision in logistic company INBS.

Project Tasks

For quality improvement of customer service due to reduction of time for search and internal approval of documents in the company the decision on system implementation of electronic document management is made. As integrator the BTLab company is selected.

It was necessary to solve problems:

• organize the protected centralized storage of agreements with a possibility of fast and convenient document retrieval,
• accelerate processes of internal approval and agreement signature,
• automate formation of registers of agreements,
• implement means of the automated control of performing discipline.

Project Progress

After the analysis of business processes and requirements of the customer BTLab company Docsvision system implementation was offered. Advanced functionality and presence of the built-in designers helped to implement the Docsvision project, assigned tasks are solved. It is possible to refer the functionality developed by BTLab which will help to create automatically routes of approval of agreements to features, calculating a chain of heads of the initiator of approval.

Project Results

The project is implemented during calendar month, including user training. In a system 30 users will work.
