INEL Data (First BPM Form)

In May, 2011 in INEL Data company the implementation project of The First Form system came to the end.

Project Tasks

Premises to system implementation of automation of business in INEL Data arose in 2010 together with the period of growth of business of the company. Need of transition to automated management and an accurate regulation of business processes ripened. An exit was found in system implementation of the automation meeting all modern standards of business.

Implementation Results

Transition to Business Process Management Suite allowed the company in a short space of time not only to overcome growth crisis, but also to considerably optimize work of employees. Thanks to transition to the simplified electronic document management system decision making speed increased. Documents ceased to be delayed at different stages of approval, the speed of accomplishment of routine transactions many times increased. Fixation of terms and arrangements in a system allowed to increase performing discipline and labor productivity, to optimize costs. Positive economic effect of implementation of First Form completely justified costs for installation of a system within the first two months.

Thanks to implementation of First Form our company could overcome successfully crisis of growth and make development intensive, having increased labor productivity. The first considerable positive effects from implementation appeared in 1 week after installation of a system.
