In September, 2016 ALP Group — the system integrator and one of the Russian service providers of IT outsourcing and IT audit — announced project completion according to the analysis of test IT infrastructure of INVITRO-Information technologies company (Invitro-IT). This company provides complex IT support to network of medical offices and laboratories of Invitro.
Under the INVITRO®/INVITRO® trademarks more than 850 medical offices across all Russia work. The network is widely provided also in the territory of Kazakhstan, Republic of Belarus and Ukraine. In Invitro the modern equipment and techniques is used, the multi-layer system of quality control works. Results of the researches conducted in Invitro recognize all medical institutions of the Russian Federation.
In technology processes, enterprise management of Invitro, customer service and partner interaction modern information technologies in which choice, implementation and maintenance the central role is played by service company Invitro-IT are widely applied. Within the scope of responsibility of the last fall: software development and consultation in this area; consultation on hardware of ADP equipment; data processing; creation and use of databases and information resources, including available via the Internet. Also Invitro-IT coordinates work of regular IT specialists and numerous IT and outsourcing commands.
To simplify implementation of new IT solutions in an information system of Invitro network and to prevent the majority of problems of implementation and maintenance, Invitro-IT holds development and testing of each new software or hardware package in the test environment which is specially created for this purpose based on the selected IT infrastructure. The number of at the same time existing test environments and their lifetime is strictly limited therefore acceleration of their lifecycle has decisive influence on capacity growth of all system of development, testing and implementation of new IT solutions and services.
The project team of ALP Group was faced by a task — in the shortest possible time to find out whether test IT infrastructure of Invitro-IT meets the requirements of the customer to performance, capacity and availability of IT services. Besides, specialists of ALP Group had to reveal possibilities of optimization of the processes relating to infrastructure.
Were investigated: server park, DWH, local network of data transmission and also complex of crucial IT systems of infrastructure and applied levels (Microsoft Dynamics CRM; subsystem of Enterprice Service Bus, main on Microsoft BizTalk), services "Personal Account", "Automated Workplace of the Procedural Sister" and specialized medical service LIS (Laboratory Information System).
Specialists of ALP Group revealed defects in configuring software and the equipment and also offered the customer several ways of further improvement of work of test infrastructure differing with advantages and the cost level. At the same time all options significantly accelerate creation and other stages of lifecycle of a test environment. And, at the same time, meet all the requirements set by the customer.
