IP Zaikin S.S. (The Astrakhan plant of the rubber Sardonyx footwear) is the large plant of the Astarakhansky region on tailoring of footwear and there are in the market more than 10 years.

The decision on implementation of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was made in connection with increased dokumentoboroty. The reason of increase in the dokuntoobort became uses of separate programs for different types of accounting. Creation of uniform information base was the main objective of a new system.

The 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product was selected because most satisfied to a problem of complex automation of businesss-processes taking into account specifics of the enterprise: proizodstvo and implementation of footwear.

The following departments are automated:

• Accounting
• Purchasing department
• Production
• Personnel department
• Warehouse

Using the software product the following tasks are at the moment automated:

• Accounting
• Tax accounting
• Production management
• Payroll calculation
• Management of warehouse stocks
• Purchase management

As a result of implementation 40 jobs were automated.

Result of implementation became:

• to the sozdena of uniform information base;
• it was succeeded to increase work speed;
• an opportunity to quickly obtain information on the current activity.

Further support of the software product on the course of its operation is planned.
