2020: Transfer foreign predstavitelstvkh Rosatom on electronic document management

JSC Greenatom, IT integrator of Rosatom, in partnership with ID-Management Technologies completed the large-scale project on transfer of a number of foreign representative offices of State corporation to electronic document management. Paperless process is configured in IK "ASE" in Belarus, in ASE IK branch in Bangladesh and the ChU "RMS" Regional center in Kazakhstan. It became known on May 19, 2020.

The electronic document management system for the international business (EDMS MB) allows to increase significantly efficiency and speed of processes, including regarding interaction with foreign customers and partners.

The project on implementation of EDMS MB began in August, 2018. By November, 2018 the works on design, creation and implementation of basic functions of a system were completed. By July, 2019 primary integration with the Uniform industry electronic document management system (EOSDO) of Rosatom was carried out and 2019 went works on expansion of functionality all the way. To project completion a system also received the English-language version.

In the course of implementation of electronic document management features of IT architecture and managerial structure of the enterprises of Rosatom were considered. So, the federal type of exchange of documents allowing to create in the centralized storage of the copy of corporate documents was provided.

We completed the large-scale project which demanded serious efforts regarding creation of business processes on foreign platforms. I consider that a command coped adequately, thanks to high employee competences of Greenatom, their examination in EOSDO, questions of information security in nuclear sector and also harmonious work with partners. It is one more step to creation of uniform digital space and strategy implementation of internal digitalization of Rosatom,

The project became for our company a call as in respect of a scope of regional network of offices and the customer's partners, and on a variety of tasks which he had to solve after implementation.
