October 07, 2015. The company of Cliques System reported[1] about optimization of work of sales department and conducting inventory accounting in INK Enda Toner Soluchens LLC. In total in a system 4 users work.

Choosing a Solution

With business development, the nomenclature of the enterprise reached several thousand positions and the office application of the MS Excel ceased to cope with processing of a large number of data. Besides, the base of partners increased and the number of incoming requests in sales department increased. On the basis of the designated perspective, management of the company made the decision on automation of business by implementation of the CRM system. A choice was made for benefit of the expanded version of a product "Click. Trade" - the edition Prof which is in addition including tool kit for deep setup of the solution and independent configuring using the Configurator and Interface designer utility.

Goals and Objectives

The main tasks set by the management of ITS within the project were:

  • creation of a common information space of the company;
  • creation of the structured base of partners;
  • organization of a single system of document flow;
  • automation of sales, including, simplification of accomplishment of routine transactions;
  • automation of an inventory accounting and purchases;
  • development of the analytical reporting for the purpose of performance monitoring of work of managers, planning and the analysis of sales.

Project Progress

The first stage of the project included works on audit of business processes of Ayties LLC and deployment of the CRM configuration "Click. Prof trade". Further the staff of the company independently transferred the customer base to a system and loaded the commodity nomenclature, created standard business sales processes and added new. Printed forms of documents on a template were in addition configured and access for users on roles is differentiated.

The second stage of the project of steel of work on automation of the Warehouse block. Tunings of accounting of import goods on a SCD were performed by the staff of the company of Cliques System on a free basis.

"We tested the different systems, but stopped the choice on "Click. Prof trade" for several reasons. First, trade operations – purchase and a warehouse are added to standard opportunities of CRM to the solution. Secondly, in a system it is possible to implement a chain of documents from the customer order before sales of goods (including the supplier order). Thirdly, we needed a flexible and scalable solution, with optimal price relation and functionality", - Konstantin Vedernikov, the commercial director of ITS company comments. Today, forces of staff of ITS in CRM conduct works on adaptation of blocks "Lot-based Accounting and Cost Value", "Purchases" and also the Component parts block is actively configured.
