The retail network "SHATURA" consisting of 45 shops is owned by Kaza Mia LLC. Being a supporter of service approach to the organization of IT service, the management of Kaza Mia LLC made the decision on transfer on outsourcing of support of all IT infrastructure in the company.

The selected outsourcer, however, did not cope with an assigned task and was discharged of the project. As the new outsourcing partner as a result of an open competition the OSSystems company was selected.

Unlike the predecessor, OSSystems undertook the operational solution of all IT tasks of the customer, including connection of new shops and a physical exit of the specialist in the request. It became possible thanks to the wide partner network provided in all regions of the country. So, in only one day OSSystems transferred to itself to support of all 45 shops.

OSSystems is included into an area of responsibility the opened new shops (delivery, setup and connection of the new equipment); maintenance of servers, network infrastructure, telephony, workstations; user support (helpdesk), deleted and with a physical exit; support of a retail store equipment, counter of visitors, video surveillance systems; support of office equipment. The company also interacts with the customer's suppliers who provide such services as maintenance of cash registers (technical service center) and payment of purchases in the plastic card.

Each employee of Kaza Miya LLC can send the request for any kind of works: from connection of new shop to a printer fault repair.

Important part of the project is standardization of work of all shops of network. The equipment, the software, network infrastructure ― everything, up to signatures of users in an e-mail client, should conform to the uniform standard.
