In January, 2016 IXcellerate reported that its data center Moscow One underwent audit and confirmed compliance to the PCI DSS 3.1 standard.
This international standard guarantees existence in DPC of all necessary for ensuring reliable protection of user data of payment cards, including for prevention, identification and elimination of effects of incidents and fraud. According to the compulsory provisions stated in it all companies performing processing of confidential data of payment cards and outsourcing of storage of these data in data center should have confirmation that the DPC selected for these purposes also meets the requirements of PCI DSS.
