Content

The NORBIT company started system implementation of management of relationship with fans on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 platform in hockey club of SKA.

Task

The hockey club of SKA in last season became one of the most popular clubs of Russia. High attendance caused the necessity in creation of a system of address work with audience of club. It was required to create a common information space on interaction with fans, media and partners.

As information on fans is stored in several systems, there was necessary an integration of these data with a booking system and the corporate website. As a result of a victory in the held competition the project was started by NORBIT company.

Solution

As the platform the industry solution of NORBIT on the basis of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is selected. A system solves the majority of the problems facing the sports organizations: provides effective marketing interaction, supports business processes of sports clubs, increases quality of work with fans.

Implementation

At the first stage of the project specialists of NORBIT unrolled the single system allowing to collect all information on fans.

Plans and expectations

The solution will allow to structure customer information, to adjust the operational notification on the forthcoming events of club that will significantly increase quality of work with fans.

For one season on the system of sale of e-tickets about 25 thousand users, information on whom needs the detailed analysis and accounting, are registered. Other part of potential audience of SKA is registered on the official site of club.

Now the second stage of the project - integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 with a booking system Infotech and the corporate website is planned. Besides, implementation of the module on work with media for creation of more effective communications with the press and calculation of number of publications is expected.
