SKADA of AggreGate is responsible for monitoring of the sinking equipment for the mining industry
The team of engineers of Tibbo implemented a monitoring system of the sinking equipment for Ilma company. Being the well-known engineering company among specialists from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Germany, Poland and China, Ilma specializes in design, production and service of management systems for the mining equipment.
Key project task was the possibility of monitoring of telemetered informations about operation of the sinking equipment in real time. Thus, a set of reliable and convenient tools was necessary for collecting, storages, processings and also visualization of the statistical and fixed data. For the solution of this task Ilm's guide selected AggreGate SCADA/HMI.
Thanks to opportunities of the SCADA/HMI tools, the centralized system of monitoring and data collection is used by dispatch service operators for monitoring of processes, technical specialists for the analysis of a status of machines and also financial specialists and heads for the analysis of business processes and performance of personnel.
