Delta Electronics provided to the UPS data center of Imaqliq

On August 20, 2018 it became known that the Delta Electronics company provided with uninterruptible power supply units data center of IMAQLIQ in St. Petersburg.

In 2016 in data center 2 UPSes of the Ultron family of the DPS series with a power of 200 kVA were already installed. In 2018 in connection with increase in number of clients and growth of quantity of racks of IMAQLIQ it was necessary to increase power and to install additional UPSes. For project implementation the decision to supplement a cluster with the solution Delta Electronics - the UPS of the Ultron family of the DPS series with a power of 200 kVA was made. The company plans start of one more cluster of the UPS using a line of DPH.

Physical placement of servers and telecommunication equipment of our clients on the platform of data center requires reliable power supply. Earlier we already had experience of cooperation with Delta Electronics and could be convinced of the high level of product quality therefore when there was a need for expansion of a cluster of the UPS, we without doubts addressed to Delta again. The three-phase industrial UPS of double conversion of the DPS series provides the high efficiency of the AC-AC conversion and also electrical power factor on an input. A possibility of reservation according to the scheme N+X promote reliability augmentation of a system, and the broad range of input voltage allows this UPS to work in networks with extremely unstable parameters. Besides, intellectual regulation of rotational speed of fans prevents overheating more effectively, and reservation of fans increases reliability of this system.

The Delta Electronics company, producer of pulsed sources and solutions on uninterrupted power, provided with the solution data center of IMAQLIQ company to St. Petersburg. The project was implemented by means of the partner of Delta Electronics, Tempesto company.

The service in physical placement of servers and telecommunication equipment of the client on the platform of data center means providing them with the corresponding uninterrupted power. Due to the increase in number of clients and growth of quantity of racks, IMAQLIQ it was necessary to implement additional UPSes. Specialists of the company handled such task to Tempesto, to the distributor in the field of regular power supply. For project implementation the products Delta Electronics were selected, and reliability of the offered system became the pacing decisive factor when choosing. The solution represents 2 UPSes of the Ultron family of the DPS series, 200 kVA.
