Implementation "1C:VDGB: A pawnshop" in the Republican pawnshop

Implementation of the software product of own development of specialists of 1C:VDGB company for Pawnshops on 1C: Enterprise platform 8 optimized accounting of Republican Pawnshop. 1C:VDGB program: A pawnshop 3 — addition of the standard software product 1C: Accounting 8.

1C:VDGB program: A pawnshop 3 it is selected by the management of Republican Pawnshop not accidentally — it is multifunction: it is intended for automation of activity of pawnshops, auto-pawnshops and jewelry pawnshops. In the program accounting of all operations performed by a pawnshop is implemented: acceptance of property as a deposit, its assessment, providing a loan, charge and collection of interest for using a loan and the storage charges of things, return of a loan by the pledger, sale of unclaimed things from biddings and also buying up of values.

1C:VDGB software product: The pawnshop 3 gives following features:

• design of the main operations with mortgage tickets. Pledge, repledge, the redemption, the partial redemption, the partial redemption with repledge, cancellation, transfer on an auction, return from an auction;
• predesign of a debt of the pledger for any date. At prolongation of pledge data on the previous conditions of pledge are displayed;
• the reference book of schemes of crediting with different rates and conditions. It is possible to set schemes as as a percentage and fixed amounts with charges for any period (time in n-oye the number of the calendar or working days/weeks/months). Use of complex circuits of crediting;
• advanced execution of mortgage tickets. Automatic calculation of loan amount on the basis of the set characteristics accepted as proof of things, automatic evaluation of cost of jewelry, a printability of mortgage tickets on typographical forms. Storage of any characteristics for not jewelry things;
• opportunity for work with pledgers taking into account a grace time;
• printability of mortgage tickets as independently, and on ready (including numbered) forms, perhaps automatic task (reservation) of difficult ticket numbers;
• possibility of viewing the list of mortgage tickets with selection on the partner;
• full integration with accounting and tax accounting. Automatic formation of documents of accounting entries on accounting of things in pledge and to settlement with pledgers. The account and settlement can be set by default by the user and change during accounting individually;
• advanced system of the organization of biddings. Automatic detection of the overdue (not redeemed) things and their transfer on an auction. Registration of bidders with printing of requests. Automatic detection of winning bidders. Formation of executive texts, inventories of things and minutes of an auction and other printed forms;
• the system of buying up of values, with issue of receipts and a possibility of setting, both on balance sheet, and on off-balance accounting;

Also in the 1C:VDGB program for pawnshops it is possible to conduct the following report types:

• report on the things which are in pledge;
• the report on the things which are in pledges and in buying up both in quantitative, and in weight expression (it is used when accounting jewelry things);
• the report on the issued amounts in buying up of a pawnshop;
• the reports reflecting the operations performed by a pawnshop (the redemption, repledge, etc.); status of mortgage tickets and things; history of pledgers and separate mortgage tickets and others;
• the reports allowing to see the profit of a pawnshop.
