Implementation of 1C: Payroll and HR Management to "Kaliningrad Gore the Trance"

The Aistim company completed the project on implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 software products at the Municipal state enterprise "Kaliningrad Gore Trance", one of the oldest enterprises of the city. As a result of implementation of software products of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system at the enterprise the management efficiency significantly increased. Economic effect of this implementation was more than half a million rubles a year. The saved funds at the Kaliningrad Gore Trance enterprise are going to be allocated for updating of the rolling stock of public transport.

The municipal state enterprise "Kaliningrad Gore Trance" is formed as a result of consolidation of two municipal organizations: Tram and trolleybus enterprise and Passenger motor transportation enterprise. It provides passenger traffic by the electric transport and buses in the city of Kaliningrad.

Public transport was and remains a subsidized type of municipal economy. With respect thereto, the problem of economy of means always remains on the first place, especially during financial crisis. The enterprise has big repair and production base, about one hundred units of the rolling stock, complex power and traveling facilities. At compensation of employees different schemes of motivation are applied.

Earlier at the enterprise conducted big paper document flow. In staff of each production division there was the accountant who created data for general bookkeeping department of the enterprise and also data on salary for the third party (the former computing station) conducting the corresponding calculations.

For expense optimization the management of the enterprise decided to automate completely accounting, including reporting, payroll and work of HR department. At the same time the software product had to be configured easily under features of the enterprise. Best of all software products of 1C Company met these requirements. It was considered as well the fact that accountants of general bookkeeping department had experience with programs on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform. Having studied all offers, the guide "Kaliningrad Gore the Trance" selected the 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 programs. Specialists of Aistim company developed and implemented some accounting business processes, are eliminated duplicated which arose because of uncoordinated paper document flow. Accounting bases of the passenger motor transportation enterprise and the Tram and trolleybus enterprise were checked for correctness and are joint. Similar works were carried out with bases on the salary of the integrated enterprises.

After commissioning of the 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 programs on MKP "Kaliningrad Gore Trance" the following results were achieved:

• The staff of accounting service is optimized. More than 200 thousand rubles a year were as a result saved.
• Need for services of a third party in payroll to the employees disappeared. Economy made 380 thousand rubles a year.
• Processes of exchange of documents with bank and transfers of the reporting in the tax inspection are automated.
• The reporting for bodies of municipal management is prepared much more simply and with the smallest labor costs.
