Project Tasks

Workflow automation of the organization at the level of registrars of documents and a part of heads of structural divisions and also providing the top level of the guide of the director and his first deputy with the instrument of control of execution of instructions.

Project Steps

The initial stage of implementation is completed in February-March, 2006:

• inspection of the existing document flow;
• software configuration;
• filling of basic reference books;
• delivery of software;
• installation of software on the Customer's rettritoriya;
• individual training of users to work in a system Case and "Delo-Web".
• commissioning of a system Case.

Project Results

Workflow automation of the organization at the level of registrars of documents and the highest level of the management of the organization is performed. The users working with a system are prepared. All heads of structural divisions by installation in the organization of the time version are acquainted with work.

As a result less than in 4 months the Customer began to expand a system planomarno.

Now in RDU it is actively operated 41 jobs of the CASE system - access to a system provides all officials of the organization.
