The company has implemented the Galaktika ERP HR software product to automate personnel management and payroll processes. In parallel, the company began the transition to the Galaktika EAM software product for managing industrial assets.

A significant part of the Galaktika ERP HR functionality has already been put into commercial operation. Galactica Corporation, together with the specialists of Surgutneftegaz, has developed a unique mechanism that provides bilateral integration with the existing IT landscape of the oil company.

To manage industrial assets, the introduction of the Galaktika EAM software product began. One of the most complex production chains was chosen as a pilot project - the management of repairs of equipment that ensures the company's production activities.

The introduction of "Galaktika EAM" will optimize the process of maintenance and repair and monitor the main technical and economic indicators. In the future, it is planned to expand and scale the implemented functionality of "Galaktika EAM" to all divisions of the company.

General Director of Galactica Corporation Alexei Telkov said that the project with Surgutneftegaz demonstrates the ability of Russian IT companies and solutions not only to replace Western systems in large industrial enterprises, but also to open fundamentally new opportunities for optimization and digital business transformation.
