RussNeft completely abandoned Microsoft software and switched to the Russian K-Team HRM platform. This became known on March 10, 2025. The new corporate portal Intranet.K-Team was launched for more than 1000 employees of the company. The system made it possible to automate the work with applications and services, reducing the load on various departments. As part of the second release, 2,000 employees from different branches located in several regions of Russia have already gained access to the corporate portal.
The implementation project was implemented by the Korus Consulting Group of Companies team, which conducted a pre-project survey, analyzed the requirements and developed a detailed technical assignment. The specialists set up integrations with the directory service for user authentication and with the "1S:ZUP" system to update information on the organizational structure of the company. A single authorization window (SSO) was also implemented for seamless user login to the corporate portal.
The basic version of the corporate portal includes such functions as an employee's personal account, services and applications, a news feed, an office map and a bank of ideas. Specialized services "Legislation Monitoring" and "Draft Regulatory Legal Acts" were also developed for the oil company, reflecting changes in legislation.[1]
