The NORBIT company completed an implementation project of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system in action advertizing agency!.
Previously
The project was begun three months ago. In plans of the customer there were a centralization and streamlining of uniform base of clients of the agency, the complete list of the planned events held the organization of process of updating of data on clients.
Results
Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM allowed action! it is not simple to structure and update base of clients, but also to increase relevance of customer information to 100%.
