Kerama Marazzi is among the leaders in the global ceramic manufacturing market. The company's assortment includes about 5 thousand product items. It includes ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, mosaics, decorative elements, plumbing and wallpaper.
The purpose of the project was to transfer data to the Russian system for integrated planning, budgeting and business intelligence. Dmitry Yudin, head of the KIT LLC department, noted that migration made it possible to minimize the risks of software failure and ensure the continuity of the forecasting process due to a smooth transition to the new system.
The system architect of KIT LLC Andrei Tinyakov explained that the choice of the contractor was due to the reputation of ATOMS Consulting as a customer-oriented and professional team. The company confirmed its competence during the implementation of the joint pilot project, having completed the work efficiently and on time.
The model of segmentation of demand planning in the areas of ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware and plumbing was transferred to the new system. It includes more than 20 thousand positions. The demand forecast and production plan are calculated for part of the goods, and the production plan and purchasing plan are calculated for others.
