According to the terms of reference, the customer receives exclusive rights to install and distribute the software. Within 36 months from the date of signing the act, the company may install software in an unlimited number of copies. It is possible to transfer the rights to use the software to any persons affiliated with ROSATOM on a reimbursable or gratuitous basis on the basis of sublicense agreements.

An unlimited number of instances allows you to deploy database management system to all required servers at no additional cost. The transfer of rights to affiliates extends the license to subsidiaries and divisions of the state corporation. This creates a single ecosystem of databases within the holding.

The system should not have artificial restrictions on the size of the database, the number of records, indices or the volume of large binary objects. Support for tables ranging from 32 TB and fields ranging from 1 GB is mandatory.

The lack of restrictions is critical for large corporate systems. Rosatom Data Base store huge amounts of technical documentation, calculation results and production data. Table sizes can reach tens of terabytes with long-term accumulation of information.[1]
