The FGC construction group removed the RPA platform of the American UiPath and switched to Russian software

The construction FGC group abandoned the use of RPA the platform the AmericanUiPath and introduced a ON Russian company. Primo RPA Ilya Golov The head of the RPA competence center of the FGC Group of Companies spoke about this in an interview CNews at the end of April 2025.

According to him, as part of the import substitution process, FGC first selected the most represented vendors on the Russian market, held demonstrations, technical sessions and an assessment. The shortlist included two platforms, and one of them was Primo RPA.

We liked that Primo RPA inherited the strengths of UiPath, one of the flagships of the global RPA market. This gave confidence that in terms of technology stack and capabilities, the platform will meet high requirements. Separately, I note that the vendor showed a high interest in the pilot and was actively involved in communications, which is important at the start, - said Golov.

He noted that robotization of processes provided savings of 2,000 man-hours, which is equivalent to about 12 employees. In addition, registration of incoming requests from clients, courts and organizations began to occur 3-4 times faster. This is especially critical in legal processes, where the response period can directly affect the result, stressed the head of the competence center for RPA FGC.

By the end of April 2025, the group has more than 25 robots, covering various structures: Human resources department, legal department, documentation support, sales, client experience and design.

Someone recognizes scans of documents and fills out cards, someone forms reports. There are robots that send customers SMS with track numbers or conduct an initial assessment of the deal. But they all have one role - to free the busy working day of employees from routine actions so that they can focus on more intellectual tasks, - said Ilya Golov.[1]
