Implementation of Quinyx WorkForce in Kyivstar

Existence in Kyivstar company of branches which are located across all territory of Ukraine do especially important creation of the unified information system for automation and unification of processes of personnel records, selection, assessment, development and motivation of personnel. An opportunity to support simultaneous operation of users in all geographically remote branches, with up-to-date data on HR processes in the online mode within uniform methodology was the key requirement to project implementation.

During active growth of personnel at the central office and branches of the company automation and unification of personnel processes was especially important task. The telecommunication operator needed to create the uniform online-automation system of HR processes which would cover the central office, regional representative offices and also all local branches. For technical implementation of such task it was decided to use the Quinyx WorkForce system from UCMS Group company which holds a leading position in the CIS in the market of HRM systems.

The project on setup of the Quinyx WorkForce system started at the beginning of 2007. After the description of the main requirements to personnel management process automation, in March, 2007 the general model of a personnel system considering existence of branches of mobile operator was developed and also corporate standards of management of HR processes are adopted.

In 2007 the modules "Accounting of Personnel", "Personnel Document Flow", "Conducting Business Trips", "Tabelirovaniye", "Management and Maintaining Staff List", "Motivation of Personnel" and "Administration" were brought into commercial operation, in 2008 the modules "Personnel Recruitment", "Personel assessment", "Personnel development", "Management of First-aid Kits" and also the Self-service of Employees portal at the central office and in all branches of the company were brought into operation. In total a system covers about 5000 employees.
