Process of deployment of a complex lasted about half a year. At the first stage engineers of Weathervane Sale together with employees MTsFER-Kazakhstan unrolled the IP telephony in office and provided functioning of basic functions of classical call center. At the second stage specialists of Ipron, the system integrator which is the partner of Weathervane Sale were connected to the project. Their task was to carry out integration of Infinity with the CRM system of 1C:CRM PROF using the module of own development under the name Ipron: Softphone.
A similar system was already successfully unrolled and well proved in MTsFER-Ukraine. Ipron: The softphone allowed to automate almost completely process of fixing of contacts, and the management received full control over work of employees using reports, an opportunity to listen to a talk and to estimate efficiency of interaction of the manager and client.
Towards the end of a year the question of expansion of division, proceeding from the annual financial performance directly connected with implemented to solutions will be considered.
